Task: cotra
Purpose: Coordinate transformations
Categories: utility

  COTRA is a MIRIAD task to transform between astronomical coordinate 
  systems. All calculations are done in double precision, and the
  equatorial system is used as a pitch between which an arbitrary 
  transformation is always done.

  Valid coordinate systems must be one of:
  equatorial, galactic, ecliptic, super-galactic
  [see also subroutine (d)sfetra]

Key: lon
  Input longitude.
  Equatorial needs to be in decimal hours (0..24), the rest is in
  decimal degrees (0..360).
  Default: 0.0

Key: lat
  Input latitude (in decimal degrees, -90..90). 
  Default: 0.0

Key: sysin
  Input coordinate system. Valid systems are listed above.
  Default: galactic

Key: sysout
  Output coordinate system. Valid systems are listed above.
  Default: equatorial

Key: epoch
  Epoch of coordinate system. Not implemented yet.
  Default: 1950.00
